Our house is located in the quiet residential area of Westville, a short walk from Kingsbridge town. The room over looks the back garden where you can see the best sunrises from your bed. Our house is a quirky mix of art & plants and we have a friendly dog (Storm) and cat (Daisy) who love to welcome guests. I run mosaic workshops from my home - ideal for the single traveller who fancies getting creative during their stay. The room is light and airy with the bathroom right next door. There is a fridge and kettle to make tea in your room. Your stay includes a tasty breakfast of overnight oats, fruit, nuts and yoghurt or Toast with peanut butter and banana & seeds + Tea or coffee served in your room.

Michelle is the perfect host. Wonderfully kind, generous and very thoughtful. I felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Everything exactly as described and better. Would go back in a heartbeat, in fact if I do the same event next year I’ll definitely try and stay here again if it’s not already booked up. Michelle was a lovely and welcoming host. The bed was super comfy. Even made me a cuppa when i arrived. Bathroom was clean and a great shower. Storm the dog and Daisy the cat very welcoming too and super nice. Will stay again for sure and great location for easy access to local coastline and beaches

Westville is a lovely quiet residental area with a very strong neighbourhood and community vibe. There are lots of young families and older couples living on the street and we all know and get on really well with each other.
If you are coming by train I can offer a lift from Totnes (nearest station) for £15 each way.

I am a mother of 2 boys. I love the sun & dread the winter. I swim in the sea all year round and surf as much as I can. I'm a keen forager & love seaweed! I paint acrylic seascapes & run mosaic workshops from my kitchen table - if you're interested in doing one while you stay, let me know. I love gardening & picking wild flowers. I really enjoy cooking for others. My recent obsession is making sourdough bread.
