Hi Alice Just a short review of our stay in your airbnb in Lonsdale St. Once we had access to the property, although small which we expected, I found that the apartment was clean but in need of some maintenance. (1)The runner mats were quite dangerous as the ends were curled up quite a lot and were a bad trip hazard which I tripped on several times. (2)The beds seemed to need turning to give better mobility in the bedrooms as you could not walk around them. (3)The wardrobe in the first bedroom had the back falling off and a burn mark in the carpet caused by an iron. On the positive, the unit served our purposes for the whilst in Melbourne it was conveniently located to access public transport and places where we wished to go. The unit was clean and tidy and things were easily located in the unit. Thank you for providing your property. Regards Dale Johnson

Alice's place was exactly what we needed! It was close to the activities we were attending, restaurants, parking and transport. Although it is 'compact', it had everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay here again, and would recommend to anyone travelling to Melbourne for a short stay. Loved it, and thank you!

Alice’s place suited our needs as required. It was close to a bunch of bars and restaurants. It was only about a 20min walk to the MCG/Rod Laver arena. Plenty of public transport available. The communication/instructions to get to the place are a little lacking as we had to msg in a step-by-step process, like a treasure hunt. But once we had access it was pretty smooth sailing. It’s nothing flash, but good to use as a place to store your things and sleep. The team were fairly responsive and very polite and easy to deal with.
