Retreat to a beautiful apartment with a view of Kamas valley and the Wasatch Mountain range in a peaceful and secluded community. Enjoy a private covered outdoor patio with a hot tub and gas grill. The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st level of our home and provides plenty of space to unwind (1200 square feet) with a fully stocked kitchen. Four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle is required in winter due to slippery road conditions. 30 minutes to local ski areas. Enjoy a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and hot tub. The entire apartment is yours - this is a dedicated space for guests. Hosts live in the upper level of home. Peaceful, quiet and a beautiful mountain view.

Beautiful serene stay. This was a treat, my husband had injured his foot ending out vacation early and I wanted a place that felt like a continuation of the vacation as we headed home. This absolutely delivered. The sunset from the swing and then the hot tub were magical. We even had a little chipmunk show up to greet us. Inside the area was spacious, well stocked, I enjoyed the therapeutic coloring collection. Also the handmade necklace was my only souvenir from this trip since my husband had an unfortunate accident. Thank you so much for your kindness.
We immediately felt welcome and at home! It was beautiful and the little details they put in to making it feel special were amazing! The view is stunning! They were incredibly helpful and flexible. It was a wonderful stay!

The neighborhood is East Kamas Hills with plenty of open spaces and gorgeous mountain views and sunsets. Guests frequently commented on the quiet peaceful beauty that they enjoyed.
The town of Kamas is about a 10 minute drive from the house and Park City is 30 minutes. For attending events in Park City there are instructions on table of the Park and Ride, which is a no charge bus system that easily gets you into Park City without the parking fees.
