This is a great place for a short or long-term visits. A spacious bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, and a very large bathroom with a great shower! the host, Nikhil, is friendly and makes great effort to ensure your comfort. His long-term guests are also cordial and welcoming. Everyone is very busy, so the place is very quiet and great for relaxing or working remotely. Definitely a place I would return to, so I highly recommend!

I was visiting Morgan Hill for a week for work and found Nikhil's place to be just what I was looking for. Location was near my office as well as a walking/bike trail. Nikhil is a fantastic host- friendly, welcoming and a great communicator. Unfortunately I was not able to use the common areas due to work commitments but wonderful inside and outside spaces to cook, relax, and even swim and workout. My room was airy and spacious with a very large bathroom and big windows that I kept open at night. So much better than the big box chain hotels that seem to be the only other option in Morgan Hill (besides ABB). I hope to return!

Great location, close to the wedding I was in town for. I wasn't aware all the rooms were rent so I was a little surprised when I heard footsteps but host was quick to respond to my inquiry. Nice and quiet even with all rooms rented. spacious, clean bathroom. Just 2 things, I think a luggage rack/stand in the closet and an extra trash can in the bedroom would be great additions. Host was kind and responsive. I wasn't too sure if I need to strip the bed per my other airbnb stays and the check out instructions only mentioned keys so thay would be good to include as well.
