Just a block from the town square, it features a spacious living area with a fully-equipped kitchen and dining table filled with natural light. Expansive windows look out onto a cozy, private backyard and patio with seating and gas grill. Amenities include high speed wi-fi, plush bedding, AC, pebble ice maker, and washer and dryer. Book your stay now! The space is like stepping into McKinney itself. We support local businesses and artists so you will see art from local artists on the walls, as well as touches and designs from local boutiques. It’s a remodeled bungalow so it has modern feel. We wanted to make it as comfortable as possible and took our own experiences to make that happen. It’s the small things that matter to us. You will find a coffee bar located next to the pebble ice maker. A bbq for grilling. A full kitchen equipped with all of your cooking/baking needs. I hope you find our space inviting and welcoming.

The home was beautiful and so comfortable! They went above and beyond for early check-in and cozy accommodations knowing we had young children and dogs. Treats, toys, a pack and play, and high chair; super helpful and thoughtful!
SO charming! Libby’s place is the most tastefully decorated and well-appointed AirBnB that I can remember staying in… and we’ve stayed in a lot! You can just feel the care and attention to detail from the moment you walk in.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful McKinney home. We were walking distance from the cute town square with great restaurants and wineries. Libby was very communicative and helpful, making our trip seamless for our family. She also has everything we needed for our 13 month old, which is so nice when traveling with a baby. Can’t wait to visit this home again in the future!

We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but never one so thoughtfully appointed! Lots of delightful extras, and the amazing cookies and beautiful flowers were so nice to come home to. We especially loved the wall of windows overlooking the trees backyard. We hope to return again and again!

The downtown historic district draws people from all 50 states and more than 90 countries to its nostalgic setting and its more than 120 unique shops, including art galleries, furniture stores, antiques, gifts, home décor shops, and apparel and accessory boutiques as well as other specialty shops!
The downtown square is a short walk from the bungalow, but free parking is also plentiful. Most streets have sidewalks. There are also free shuttles and trolleys that run seasonally.

Hi! I’m Libby, and this is my daughter Hannah, we recently embarked on this new Airbnb hosting Adventure! My husband Dean and I started as guests. We wanted to create a place that took the best from the places we have stayed through out our travels. We love discovering new places, hidden little nooks in search of the best life has to offer.
