The Salty Pearl Tiny Home on Copano Bay is sure to help you relax. A beautiful & quiet setting, Copano Bay RV Resort offers amenities like a full & fun calendar of events, heated pool, spacious clubhouse, kayaks, private fishing pier, fitness center, bikes and more. Inside your tiny home with a bay view, you'll find Wifi, TV, comfy queen sized bed downstairs, a small loft w/ full mattress, bathroom with tub. Full kitchen for all your meals. Powerful mini-splits to keep you comfortable. Salty Pearl is a tiny house in the Copano Bay RV Resort is a 2-level, one bedroom tiny house with 1 queen in it's own room and two full-sized upstairs in the loft that is built for kids. The ceiling height in the loft is approximately 50" from the floor. Salty Pearl has one full bathroom (shower only, no tub) with a full kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, re-heat meals and stock food from the store for your stay. We provide a Keurig but please BYO favorite k-cups and other coffee supplies. We have Wifi throughout the park. *Please note, this far away from a major city, Wifi is irregular, slow and possibly unreliable.* **Salt Lake is for fishing and kayaking only. No swimming.** Private fishing pier over Salt Lake. Best for fishing and kayaking. Enjoy swimming in our private pool for RV Resort guests only.

The tiny home was just as described and exactly what our family of 4 needed. We enjoyed the many amenities, kayaking on the bay, biking around the park, scheduled resort activities such as rock painting, movie night with pizza, and LRC game night. My husband was happy to workout in the fitness center with free weights. The club house was nice with a pool table and ping pong. It was a community oriented environment and very friendly. Things to note internet is not reliable but that was known and sometimes we need to simply disconnect to connect with each other. The pool was too cold with the windy weather but it was well kept and would be nice in the summer. The pier is nice but the tide was out so we fished at Goose Island and Fulton pier. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back. The hosts were very communicative, friendly, and quick to respond.
Love this cute place! The Resort was nice, peaceful and relaxing…Will absolutely love to stay here again. The kids had a great time.
The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Fishing, pool access, and free kayak rental was perfect for random weekend getaway.
Overall, this was a great tiny house experience for our family of five and dog. Very clean and responsive check-in. We especially appreciated the community pool and dog park. When we arrived, there were a bunch of flying ant bugs on the front because it had recently rained. The host gave us a heads up at check-in, then cleared them off when we went out to the pool. Likewise, there weren't enough pots and pans to make dinner as we planned, but the host directed us to the lovely community center with plenty of shared resources.
Clean. Everything was as expected upon arrival.
