Located in a high-end gated community 5 minutes from Praia do Curral, our house can accommodate up to 10 people in comfort and safety. We are surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, being the ideal choice for those seeking privacy and contact with nature. Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to a large space with a living room, TV room and dining room, all integrated. On the same floor, there is a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils for your stay. Leaving through the living room's glass door, guests can enjoy our balcony with sofas, chairs, barbecue, wood stove and hammock. There is also a lower deck, where the guest will find an environment with a view of the forest, an outdoor sofa and a shower. In total there are 5 suites, 2 on the ground floor and another 3 up the stairs to the first floor. One of the suites on the ground floor is a support and is next to the kitchen. Rooms located on the upper floor have a privileged view of the sea. We offer WI-FI for those who want to do a home office on the beach. We have 3 parking spaces in front of the house. The condominium infrastructure is impeccable, it has a gym, playground, sports court, outdoor pool, sauna, 24-hour security and beach service.
