Despite flooding in Dubai, Umar amanged to get place clean and cancel for 1 day and we got to amend the booking accordingly. Having food delivery apps comes in handy as nearby hotel restaurants are not walking distance. kitchen was well equipped. Villa is right at the beach and was very nice. pool is small

This villa has been a great find in all ways. Palm is world-famous, but our strand L "canal' is wider and faces opening to ocean - so water was always clean, odour, muck-free unlike other fronds I jogged. Big difference when swimming! Spacious rooms, good sound insulation (we had a sleepless toddler with us). Nice decor. All equipment and utilities were there. Mattresses felt hard to our liking though. Amazing views: we spent many hours gazing across the water with a cup/glass in hand! But the highlight of our stay was the service. Honestly, we are not really used to such level of efficiency and attention!. Umar, the Lux house manager was always available, day or night. He accommodated EVERY, ok, almost every our request :) - and fast. We asked for a corkscrew, oven mitts, extra bags, fix wifi router - all on our doorstep in 5 minutes. He made a great experience into a perfect one. House, pool, even BBQ was cleaned often. Will definitively return and recommend to others.

The location was wonderful, and the villa was clean and well kept. The gas for the stove was not working so the maintenance were called out and resolved the problem quickly. No food blender in kitchen. No sun umbrellas for the outside patio and verandas.

We had an amazing stay in this house. It was in the perfect location, and the house was quite big. It was just as we expected. We were a bit unlucky to have windy weather, but other than that, you can enjoy the beach and amazing views. The owner was very quick to answer and address our needs, a technician came within minutes to help us when we had a problem with using the stove. The house however needs some remodeling as it was a bit worn out.
