A residence in the scenic Diö community with proximity to Linné's Råshult, Älmhult, Möckelsnäs, hiking trails, etc. More details under "Where you'll be" below. The house is from 1907 and is located on a corner lot. It was extended in 2000 and it is the extension that is rented out, separate from the rest of the house, where the host lives. You live here with your own entrance and your own patio. The accommodation is approximately 60 square meters and consists of a large combined bedroom/living room including a dining area, own fully tiled bathroom with shower, a simple kitchenette, a hall, a private furnished balcony and an exit to the garden from the large room. The bedroom/living room is an open plan and has a 160 cm double bed, kitchen table with chairs and a large sofa set sunk into the floor. The third bed is laid out in the 90 cm wide part of the sofa. The many windows are equipped with blackout curtains. A fan is available for hot summer days. Sheets and towels are included in the price. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, two hotplates with a small oven for simpler meals and a small sink. Equipment such as coffee maker, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery and kitchen equipment are included. Free parking on the plot. Pets are welcome.
