The Stay on the Lake was just what my family and I needed!! Beautiful Views and the hot tub was a Huge Plus!! The only thing negative was that we were given the wrong directions to a different house on the lake..drove around in our boat for over an hour after seeing the address..and it was on the other side of the Lake.

Glad to see the listing has put "boat access only" in prominent location. This was not clear at the time we booked and caused a distinct moment of panic for our group. Luckily water taxi was easy and affordable. We appreciate the updated AirBnB listing making lack of road access more clear for future guests.

PROS: The home is in a BEAUTIFUL location and had a very homie feel. We loved fishing off the dock. The beds and bathrooms were clean. CONS: The orginal ad didn't show that the location was only reachable via boat, we did not know until we received the check-in email(we were able to make it work since we already had a boat). Trash left behind from a previous visit, food smudges on dishwasher, and dried food on dishes (as if the dishwasher hadn't cleaned well), that we rewashed before using. The host was slow to respond, there is a 3rd room that has a seperate entrace by the kitchen. The door was lock and no lock box code was provded. When I inquired about this, it took almost a day for him to respond and he didn't understand the original message, when I reclarified the orginal message, I received no response back. So it was a bummer we were not able to use all accomedations. Even though there were a couple CONS, the location made it worth it and we would stay again!

Very relaxing and comfortable weekend at the cabin. Would love to come back and stay longer!
