Located in a safe and quiet community just minutes away from the heart of New York City, Met Life Stadium, American Dream Mall and many more attractions for you and your group to explore.NOW **HOSTING LONG TERM STAYS of 28 days or more This is a 3 story, 3 bedroom townhouse with a bonus common area located on the 3rd floor that includes 2 additional twin beds and workspace. All beds are located on the top floor of this home. On the 2nd floor you will find an open concept kitchen with all brand new appliances, a half bath, living room with a 65inch TV and dining room where you and your guest can gather to watch a movie/sports or to grab a bite around our 120inch quartz covered island or dining table. This floor also includes a balcony and many windows for wonderful sunset and city views. The 1st floor or entry level floor opens to the garage and an outdoor parking spot. Guest are ONLY allowed to park in the outdoor parking space.

Nice place, close to Route 17 and Route 3. Downsides are mostly minor: There was plastic under the sheets on the beds, which wasn't super comfortable. The numbers on the door code stuck so it was hard to actually get in to the place. Usually took many tries. As the host notes, lots of stairs. Loud, squeaky floors. The worst was the thermostat. We couldn't figure it out for the life of us. No matter where we set it the vents pumped out super hot air. Vertical layout makes the top floor where all the bedrooms are much warmer than the two floors below. Overall decent to good, and hostess was friendly and responsive.
She is so nice and the home is a perfect stay for a vacation.
