The home itself was very nice. Big bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for 14 people. It looked like many, indoor updates had been done, recently. The maintenance and cleanliness of the home was far less than expected, though. No screens on any doors or windows. The grill is nearly unusable; much of the cooking grate rusted or burned completely away. Much of the outdoor furniture was dirty, stained and even unstable. I found some broken pieces of furniture hidden on the far side of the garage that should, certainly, be removed from the property. No wash cloths, in the kitchen and two empty bottles of laundry detergent. A lot of broken glass found outside. It's a bit of shame because it, really, is a big, beautiful home. Lots of outdoor patio and deck space and great views of the lake from many different vantage points. I just got the feeling that somebody was doing a great job of repairing and updating the home but somebody else wasn't doing their job to clean and maintain it.
We love this place! So beautiful and fun for the whole family!

Absolutely loved this place! It had amazing views and even the bed we slept it was super comfortable! We will definitely be back to this place for our annual river trips!!
