Nestled on the border of the beautiful Palma Ceia & SoHo neighborhoods, "SoHo Hacienda" is the PERFECT place for you and your amigos to enjoy all that South Tampa has to offer. This impeccable 4 bed, 2 bath home features a detached Pool House Studio Suite with a queen bed and 1 bathroom, a sun-filled outdoor area with a private plunge pool, modern interior updates, and a propane grill. The home lies just a short distance from Bayshore Beautiful, Downtown Tampa, Hyde Park & SoHo! SoHo Hacienda is an updated Spanish-style home with a fully-stocked kitchen and offers a total of three bedrooms and two full bathrooms in the main house as well as a Pool House Studio equipped with a comfy queen sized bed and full bathroom. This single story home + suite sit just a few short blocks from bustling S. Howard Ave and are a 3 minute drive from Bayshore Beautiful. Sleeping up to 10 guests, the bedding layout is as follows: Main Home: Living Area - Full Pull Out Couch Bedroom 1- King Bedroom with Full En-Suite Bathroom Bedroom 2 - Queen Bedroom Bedroom 3 - Queen Bedroom Pool House Suite: Queen Bed with Full En-Suite bathroom The updated "chef's" kitchen boasts beautiful black granite countertops, a fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave, oven, gas range, and is equipped with all the cookware you need! Great stay at a great place!

This home is adorable in a quaint neighborhood in Tampa. The hosts were awesome. The reason I didn't give a perfect rating was a couple of things. One: the A/C took hours to get the house cool. It was extremely hot during our stay and I am well aware it's hard to cool down a big house like that but we had to go out and purchase fans to be able to lay down at night to sleep. Two: The private suite needs a dehumidifier or something. It was very musty smelling and you could see some mildew in the corners of the walls on the ceiling. We cleaned the room ourselves as best we could in order to be able to use it.

We needed a place for only 2 days. We arrived the second day of the time we rented. They wouldn’t allow a two day visit so we were forced to do 3 days. When we got there we immediately realized it wasn’t acceptable. The lock on the door was moving side to side and not secure. They sent maintenance out to fix it but they couldn’t and decided to give us our money back for the remaining days, which I am thankful for. I was in the middle of hosting a party at another event when I had to find arrangements for us and thought I was getting a full refund but since we got there a day after we needed it they charged us for the first day that we weren’t there. Had we gotten there the day before (which we didn’t need) we would’ve realized this was not acceptable and brought it to their attention. Photos are deceiving ,we had black feet walking around in our socks, the area on one side of the place is sketchy, pool and area is dirty and not for swimming.

Palma Ceia is a lovely community boasting small local businesses, historic homes and lush scenery. Neighboring both Hyde Park and S Howard Ave, there is never a shortage of things to do! Hyde Park Village is a local favorite and a bustling hot spot for visitors with delicious dining, unique coffee shops, desirable boutiques, and vibrant bars! Bayshore Boulevard is 1/2 a mile away, Downtown Tampa is 3 miles away and the Tampa International Airport is a quick 15-minute drive away. Chill Bros Scoop Shop and Datz + Dough are some of our teams' favorite spots in the area!

Palma Ceia & SoHo are very walkable areas but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay-by-app parking.
