Peaceful Setting and Perfect Location. Close to bike trails, grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants, and more. Kingsdale recreation center is a half a mile down the street and has outdoor pools, tennis courts, mini golf, 18-hole golf, a gym, and more. If you wish to use these amenities, please let us know so we can get you a guest pass. This is an ideal location for bikers, hikers, golfers, fishers, and families. Upon booking, please let us know what you want your personalized 4-digit PIN to be for the keyless entry pad at the garageport door. We have all the basics and a little more. However, we are still working on the decor of the house. Please bear with us as we work on thoughtful finishes. The house is 2,500 sq ft. The main level consists of the kitchen with a small eating area, living room, full bathroom, laundry/mudroom, guest room, and the master bedroom that hosts a half bath. The lower level consists of two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an office that is still in the works of getting set up. All the bedrooms are all on the larger side

We had an amazing weekend stay at Justine’s home! So much more room than we expected, the host was super responsive and helpful, and the house was in a great neighborhood! I would definitely come stay again!!
Lovely house with lots of space. Easy entry and kind hosts.
We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back! The house is large— plenty of room for us to spread out. Great area for the kids to play and well equipped for our 18 month old. The deck is private and a great spot for coffee, ice cream, grilling, etc. There’s so much to do within a mile. We loved the mini golf, pool, park and waterfall hike. Crystal cave at dusk was unreal. Plenty of comfortable beds to crash after a long day of fun. Can’t thank our hosts enough. They went above and beyond to make sure our family enjoyed the stay, even helped us locate a lost toy and sent it home for us. Highly recommend this spot for exploring Bella Vista!!

There is a carport suitable for one car and space for about 3 - 4 more cars to double park in the driveway. Please do not park in the street. Streets are narrow. It makes it difficult for the neighbors to back out.
The bike trails are located half a mile in either direction from the house.
There is no public transportation.

Hello! I'm originally from the South Shore of MA, born and raised. I left when I was 19 and have since lived in 10 states and 2 countries. I'm an avid rock climber and hiker who loves meeting new people, traveling, and going on whatever adventures I possibly can. My husband and I are new parents to a baby boy. We can't wait to show him this world!
