Shipwrecked features a "Cayo Huesso" (Key West) traditional vibe in the outdoor area, from the lush tropical landscaping to the poolside dining shack. Spend your evenings gathered around the pool area or wandering around the trails in the spacious yard. Heading to the beach? Coolers, multiple chairs, sand toys and a beach wagon included with NO UPCHARGES!!! Want to just take a ride? We provide several adult & kids bikes (and helmets) at Flip Flop Stop so you can ride around the neighborhood or even down to the beach. These are located in the garage. Time to Publix Sports Complex: 7 minutes All adults must be at least 21 years old. Primary guest must upload ID, selfie and credit card to guest portal after booking. This is the same practice that hotels operate under, ensuring the safe keeping of the homes contents. If remaining guests are 21, host requires all guests send ID’s through reservation after booking. After guest portal is completed, door code and check in instructions are issued. **Families exempt** Guest agrees to no outside guests on property at any time & absolutely no parties.
