Enjoyed a nice weekend getaway here.
This rental was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The property was beautiful, right on the beach of Delaware Bay with sliding doors opening onto the deck to hear the waves right from the comfort of the living room. The community was quiet and secluded, but an easy drive to neighboring areas, including Cape May and Wildwood, with more nightlife and activity. The home itself was comfortable, especially the beds. Our Evolve contact, Nurun, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The listing was as advertised, but could use additional amenities, especially in the kitchen, to bring the rental to another level. Kitchen and bathroom could have used more of a deep cleaning, but overall the property was clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location and scenery. Would love to stay again in the future.
NOTE--there are no sheets or even toilet paper; must bring everything. There are only two a/c units-and those are in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, so the kitchen, living room and dining room were sweltering and uncomfortable. I went to Walmart and bought an additional window unit; that helped but still wasn't super comfortable. I would rather have paid more and had toilet paper and sheets, etc included. Terrible jellyfish and horseshoe crab problem. We had to drive to a different beach every day.
