Great house, feels right at home. Joan is super welcoming and friendly, and so detailed in the way she sets up the house for her new guests. she's always responsive and available. The place is very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with all the basic necessity so we didn't need to get anything with us, from food, to cleaning supplies and personal toiletries. The house is also equipped with everything for a long term stay. Joan even offered a beautiful homemade gift for our newborn son. We leave her with the highest recommendation.

This is the second time, and i stay at the apartment and it keeps getting better. The host is all about offering the best to her guests, they feel spoiled in a sense they have everything they need and she keeps on raising the bar. I couldn’t recommend the place more.

Joan is the an amazing host. Amazing attention to details, the house was full of every single item you might need. The fridge was even full of soft drinks, water, food. The pantries as well. It was really like stepping into your own house without the need to buy anything… this personal touch made the whole difference. The house is very well located, calm with a sea view. I recommend it big time. Thanks Joan!
