Gorgeous property. Brand new! Taylor is in the design/style/fashion industry and it shows in this home. My friends and I had major style envy. We all agreed the beds and pillows were very comfortable. It's in a development that's under construction, so there may be construction noise during the week, but we didn't hear any over the weekend. We also didn't hear any airplanes, even though it's close to the airport - which was weird and great! Not super close to town, so it's easiest to have access to a car.

Lucked out and got good weather on the island. Location was close to town. House is in building Development that has ongoing um development so keep that in mind. Other than occasional noisy mornings the house is beautiful and very well kept.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The photos do not do Taylor’s home justice. The common areas are very spacious. We had 8 adults in our group and never felt cramped. Location is close to the airport and a short drive downtown.

Taylor’s home is lovely! It’s spacious, comfortable and clean…the interior is exactly as shown in the photos. The house is brand new, fully equipped (missing only a grill brush) and has everything you need for a wonderful stay on Nantucket. Taylor ensured we had everything we could possibly need for cooking and recreation: beach chairs & umbrella, towels, bicycles, a cooler backpack (unfortunately the front zipper was ripped by a previous renter but it was still functional). Unfortunately it is a brand new neighborhood and there is construction happening throughout the development. The framing of the house directly across the street began two days after we arrived (at 7am) and siding of the house to the NE (seen from the primary bedroom) was consistent for our stay. I’d bet the construction will be done by summer 2024 and this will be a wonderful place to stay - I just wish the construction had been disclosed for us.
