If you want to stay close to the beach but not pay an outrageous price, Judy's home is a great deal. A large and spacious 3 level home, we had plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy. I especially liked the rooftop lounge area - lots of sun and cozy seating during the day with a glass fireplace making the space the perfect chillout zone at night. We walked to the beach multiple times a day to enjoy the sea breeze and sunsets. One night we ate dinner at Nicks on Slate which was a 15 minute walk away, followed by nearby dessert at Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream - we enjoyed all the yummy food! All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed even longer.

Spacious and airy, the house is very welcoming. Everything, from linens to kitchen and bath was immaculate. The kitchen was well supplied with everything, wonderful quality, to prepare and cook any meal. Instructions for entry, door codes, parking, were clear and easy to follow. Very convenient to the beach (check the tide tables to maximize your time with more sand), with everything you might want for gear in the house. Walkable (.08miles) to Carlsbad Village, with shops and restaurants. We really appreciated how well thought out every detail of the house was. It made for a trouble free, relaxing stay.
