Belgian, I live in Rome from 5 years, I love to travel and meet new cultures and people. Rome is a fascinating city that you never finish to discover. I propose 5 rooms in what of the fewest storical industrial loft of the center of Rome. Internal Spaces have been entirely redesigned to host the rooms, a reception and the roofterrace accessible for the guests. At the groundfloor, the Junior Suite 1 and 2 get access from the kitchen corner. The Junior Suite 3 has is own dedicated entrance from the street. The Junior Suite 4 e 5 are located at the first (and last) floor, after the reception area. Upstairs, the Roof Terrace, accessibile for all guests. Located in Modena Street, dead-end street next to the Minister of Defense, the guesthouse is very close to Repubblica Place(with underground station). In the direct neighborhood: the Quirinale Palace, Opera house and Exhibition Palace. In less than 15 minute by walk, you get to Spanish Steps, Imperial Forums, Trevi Fountain and many more to see. For the evening, you get to Monti Quarter with shops, bars and restaurants just by crossing by the street. This is the perfect place for who wants to be in the middle of everything but out of the rumor of the city! Whenever possible, I am happy to meet you, help and give you advices.
