Beautiful two bedroom apartment located in the heart of Griffintown, minutes away from Downtown and Old Port. The rent includes all appliances (dishwasher, stove, fridge, washer/dryer) and utilities, wifi, and cable. The building enjoys a prime location and services, rooftop swimming pool, gym, garden, urban chalet, dry sauna and steam. 1 parking place included!!

We stayed at the apartment for almost 3 months and it was a great place to live at. With a washing machine, a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen it had all the utensils one needs. The location was nice, 20 minutes to the old town by foot, 15 minutes to downtown Montreal and there are a few very nice places to eat at just around the corner. Communication with Yana went very smoothly and he even let us stay way beyond our check out time on the last day, which was really nice!
