One street from a public boat launch. Convenient Boat parking Enjoy crabbing or fishing night or day. Two full bedrooms, each with a closet and on-suite bathroom. Each Bedroom has a flatscreen TV with Roku. Large living area with 70" TV and a sofa sleeper Dining Room that seats 6 Kitchen with all the expected amenities. Large upstairs deck (50'X9') with comfortable outdoor furniture that seats 6 and beautiful water view. Downstairs patio, with seating for 6, should you want to enjoy outside relaxation in the shade. Washer and Dryer Private single car garage and additional parking in front. Water access, with the ability to tie up a boat or Waverunner. Upper deck on the water, with seating for 4, with breathtaking water views. Navigating Stairs is necessary to enter the residence.

Doug was a great host, gave great recommendations for the volleyball tournament in town. Doug allowed us to use his fishing gear and gave great tips on fishing off the private dock.
We LOVED our stay at Doug’s place. The home was incredibly clean & Doug was very responsive & helped make our stay so fun. The location and price are perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay — just a longer one next time!
Omg where do I start…first off before I even booked the trip the response was VERY FAST…On the way to the house they communicated with me and asked if I or my family needed anything. They offered a baby gate incase I needed it,and sent restaurant suggestions. MAJOR PLUS I’m pregnant and craving popcorn and they had some on the table when I walked in. The beach is only 7 minutes away driving, 3 minutes by boat I believe “but I can’t drive a boat lol”. OVERALL the reviews aren’t lies,eveything everyone says it’s the TRUTH but you have to experience it for yourself honestly. We book a family beach trip atleast once a year, so we will definitely be back. Keep up the AMAZING work..&& THANK YOU again for a relaxing peaceful trip before my baby is born..I wish I could date u a 20/20

What to treat to stay at this lovely home! It’s obvious the hosts are committed to their guests having a wonderful experience, not just in the home, but also while in FWB. This was definitely one of my favorite Airbnb experiences!

Home is a 2 story with living quarters on the 2nd level. From the balcony/deck you can view the Santa Rosa Sound. The street has only one entrance/exit so no through traffic. This is a residential area with all single family homes. The dock and waterway is a few steps away where you can enjoy fishing from a dock night or day. Light on the dock attracts lots of fish in the area.
The house has a single car garage for you to park your car. There is also trailer parking and a boat launch on the next street over. You can tie up to the dock to get a head start on enjoying the beautiful intercoastal waterway. Destin Crab Island is only 7 miles to the East. Navarre is also 7 miles away. Either way you go the views are spectacular!
