Bed and room was more comfortable than expected

She is still working on it to make it better. For the price it was great. She has security cameras. Elderly people live around her so it was very quiet. I will be going back.

***Strong fragrance allergy warning*** otherwise good experience. Host was friendly and responsive over messaging. Easy to find, as described. Greeted outside by a polite kitty concierge, who accepted pets and led us to front door, but did not attempt to come in. Inside was modest, clean, and quiet. AC nice and cold. Bedding was a fitted sheet and a comforter. I was concerned about the lack of a top sheet, fitted one seemed freshly laundered, but still. Dirt scuffs on side of mattress as well, and be aware the only trash can anywhere is the actual cart out back. My main concern was the abundance of artificial fragrances throughout the building - and very strongly in the bedding. Both of us had difficulty falling/staying asleep due to them, despite a very comfortable bed, and I awoke to a rather raw throat I can’t otherwise explain. My daughter has a fragrance allergy (throat closes in the detergent aisle), just would have liked heads up that the property uses them liberally.
