Derek was really sweet and professional. The power often goes out in Ghana, but the place where we stayed had a back up generator. One night the power went out, which caused the air to go out and the back up generator was not working and would not be fixed until the following morning. Derek accommodated us by putting us into another Airbnb he had for the night with no additional charge. He checked in with us to make to make sure we were ok and If we needed anything and always had effective timely communication. He’s an amazing host and I will definitely use him again when I go back to Ghana. I highly recommend him and I often don’t do reviews. 🥰

Really enjoyed my stay at BigChillStays the place looks exaclty as you see in the picture. The Host Derrick is always rewdy to help and extremely responsive, so focused on the Guests - was even able to help us with late check out due to us having a late flight. Will definitely be booking again, the place is in a perfect location and its very neat and tidy! thank you Derrick! You made the stay extra comfortable.
