The outdoor pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day - Labor day weekend but if the weather is warm, it may stay open thru mid-September. This cannot be guaranteed, however. You'll get two parking spaces for your vacation, one assigned and under cover and one unassigned in the parking lot. *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.* *Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry. *The condo comes with comforters/blankets and pillow. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $98.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant.
