Benoit was very responsive and helpful. His place is very convenient for us attending Le Mans Classic. It is a 10 minute walk to the circuit and close to supermarkets. However note that towels are not provided and there is no wifi at the house. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Benoit and Jess were extremely helpful. The house is lovely in a quiet area. Very clean and presented.
