Luxury 1-bed apartment in one of the most prominent developments in Bratislava with a 24/7 reception desk and underground parking space. The building is located right across the street from the Nivy mall and a bus station. Just 5min walk from river promenade, Eurovea mall and the Old Town. Within the development there is a childrens' playground and an outdoor workout area. The building has a walkable top floor with a 360 degree view of the City.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this modern apartment. It was impeccably clean, and the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment's location is a gem, just a 15-minute walk from the old town. This made exploring the historic area a breeze. The apartment itself is beautifully modern, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for a memorable visit to the city.

Located in the most prominent part of the Bratislava, its newly developed downtown. Just 5min walk from the Old town. Right next doors is one of the largest malls in Central Europe, with another one just a short 7min in the other direction. The neighborhood offers large selection of restaurants, bars and other places to enjoy a nice evening in Bratislava. Bottom line is that you won't find a better location to enjoy your stay in Bratislava.
The best way to enjoy Bratislava is by walking. From our apartment it will take you just 5 minutes to get to the Old town. No need for a car if you want to explore Bratislava.
