Everything in apartment is brand new: Spiral staircase, Refrigerator, Oven, Shower, Sink, Washer Dryer, toilet. Custom Shower and bluetooth speaker in bathroom.

We were already traveling and booked this last minute to attend a funeral. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and it looked just like the pictures. To reach the unit and loft (where the bed is), you do have to go up a respective flight of stairs so it may not be accessible to those who don’t do stairs well. We didn’t have any issues, so the stairs didn’t pose an issue for us. Parking was easy to find the next street over.

12 night stay This is a lovely and unique living space. It is one of 2 apartments above small local businesses but it is in the back of the building so there is no street noise. Everything is new, clean, and comfortable. The lower level has a small but well appointed kitchen with new appliances, a comfortable sitting area with Roku TV, and a lovely shower bathroom. The shower handle is a little confusing. Set it to 4 o'clock for a warm shower, 5 for hot. Upstairs is a clean, spacious bedroom with a queen bed, plenty of storage for clothes, 1/2 bath, and TV. I did not sleep well the first night so I messaged the hosts, Brigette and Mary, asking for a 2 inch memory foam pad for the bed and a black out curtain for the hall door. They answered my message within minutes. Both items were obtained and installed within hours! Thank you ladies for making this a wonderful stay. I will definitely come again
