Charming 1 BR/2.5 Bath Twin in Historic Newtown Borough with front porch, private driveway with one parking space and private, fenced-in back garden with patio and grill. Bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom, second bathroom on the second floor and powder room on the first floor. A minute walk to Starbucks, boutique stores and restaurants in this vibrant small town in beautiful Bucks Co. Close to I-95, trains to Phila and NYC. TT

This is a BEAUTIFUL home, in a convenient location near town.

Very charming home close to Newtown shops and restaurants. Home had everything you could ask for including fenced backyard, toiletries, cookware, parking, and other amenities.

State St has a Starbucks and two other coffee shops, ice cream parlor, a Wine Store with a French Croissanterie next door, many shops and restaurants, a theater, spas and hairdressers. There are multiple shopping centers in walking distance with a great variety of shops, restaurant and services.
Very pleasant streets, a pretty old cemetery and a large park to walk around.
The wonderful Tyler State Park is 10 minutes drive away.
Yardley, Washington Crossing, New Hope and Lambertville are wonderful places to visit, all on the river and canal and a short drive away.
