One of my favorite stays in Modesto! Sarah was kind and attentive without being overbearing. It was definitely a good stay!

Gorgeous kitchen, very well stocked. I wish the construction on site had been disclosed in the listing. I used silicone wax ear plugs and still heard the humming of machines and drilling and high pitched tools. The fence separating me from the workers was see through. I did not feel enough privacy. They could see me and I could hear their phone conversations as they stood five feet from my front door. Pretty furniture. Great shower. The large generator out side the front door hummed day and night. The laundry on the other side of the living room wall made noise into the night as well. There was a machine revving on and off in the living room closet too. There were too many noises to contend with. I cut my losses and left less than half way through my stay. Lesson learned, ask about these things before booking. Otherwise, it was a cozy place with great AC and a beautiful walkable neighborhood.

Hostess was quick to respond and very accommodating. I'll definitely consider staying at the Ranchette on my next trip to Modesto.
