We had the best family holiday with our 9 month old at Marcus’ house. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, we soaked up all the peace and tranquility of the forest and valley. The bird song, fresh air and views are unbeatable! The gorgeous farm house has everything you need, comfortable beds for a great sleep, lots of space to spread out, a very lovable cat, delicious fresh eggs every morning and my personal favourite was the bath with skylight view. If you’re into board games and video games you’re covered too. We used the EV charging point for our vehicle, it was ideal while driving about in rural Wales and hassle free too. Marcus is a great guy, friendly, super chilled out and incredibly hospitable. It was a pleasure to meet him. We hope to be back again one day when our little girl is older and can run around and explore everything this special place has to offer. Thank you!!

if you're thinking 'i would really like to go and stay somewhere very quiet, peaceful and away from people', then honestly stop scrolling your little rectangle and book this. The house is adorable, the location is a treat, Marcus is a super lovely dude, probably the best AirBnB host I've had in 8 years on the platform. he's assisted in making you feel welcome by Binny the cat (mouse murderer by day, lap snuggler by night), 6 hens known only as 'The Ladies' and the odd stray sheep. Theres lakes and mountains and beaches and caves within 30mins drive, we paddle boarded, wild swam, hiked, BBQed every night, stargazed, made fires and just had the absolute best time. Go.

We have been using AirBnB for many years and Marcus has been the best host we have ever had. Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Llyn Glas and would definitely recommend a stay here.

Our trip was one of the best holidays we’ve had in years, largely because of the house, location and host, Marcus. The location is beautiful, rural and serene, but there is a pub and shop nearby. The house itself is beautifully furnished, well decorated and has everything we needed including amazing kitchen utensil and games. Vintage fire places made for cosy chilled evenings and the BBQ / fire pit area looking over the valley sorted out the sunsets, it also had built in outdoor speakers which was a lovely surprise. Marcus was great, all round great guy and was super helpful in allowing us to explore the grounds, use the old fire places and supplying wood. Marcus had the perfect balance of allowing us our space whilst also being attentive when we had questions or asked for recommendations. We will all be coming back at some point in the future, to relax unwind and have a beer with Marcus over looking the valley. Thank you, this was one we will not forget.

We were lucky enough to find a gap in availability for a family get away at this beautiful home. Travel distance to all you need for a rural get away, this incredible house gives you a touch of luxury in what feels like a private valley. We were initially a little nervous about having the host on site ( mainly as new experience for us) but quickly found Marcus to be so kind and helpful, and then vanished to allow us to enjoy the surroundings and property. Would not hesitate to strongly advise to any friends or travellers.
