Great place to stay and very clean. It is kinda out in the middle of nowhere we felt like as far as a town to make a run to get something but we had mostly everything before getting there. We stayed for the event going on at Indian Mountain Atv Park which is about 35 min out so parking was a little tight for 3 trucks and trailers but owners were plenty helpful in letting us use the backyard as well. Overall no complaints.

Nightly fee overpriced, Especially cleaning fee. Needs an overall deep clean. Water stains and unfinished repair work on the ceilings. Closet doors off and leaning against the wall. Dirty kitchen. One butter knife 4 sharp knives, dull. Very little silverware. Bottom of cupboard dirty, water stained. Pretty gross. No toaster, making breakfast difficult. Pans dirty and scattered everywhere in the cupboard. Microwave on its way out. Mice in drawers. So no use of kitchen towels had to use bathroom supply. They didn’t bring any clean (did reimburse us $70.00). A hefty cleaning fee. $175. Is extreme it’s not that big of a place and lacked its cleaning before us and after our stay. Screened porch carpet not swept or clean. The dock and bbq area was nice to enjoy. Bed linens and bathroom towels were very good. Supplies for the bathroom were surprising well stocked. Enjoyed the screened room with tv. Need directions for tv’s. Emergency #’s and area hospitals etc would be beneficial.

Absolutely gorgeous property!! The perfect place for a peaceful Christmas 🎄 house was wonderful and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommended and will Definitely be back again!
