a newly built condo with an appealing design and positive reviews, my mom encountered unsettling experiences while alone in the house when we went down to the swimming pool. She reported strange occurrences, such as the bedroom door swinging open and closed repeatedly and the television turning on and off by itself. Despite our efforts to address the situation by approaching the Nest home and offering to pay extra for a change of accommodation, our request was rejected. Ultimately, due to the uncomfortable feeling prevailing in the house, we made the difficult decision to leave the premises at night, even though we had originally booked for 2 nights. While I am reluctant to leave a negative review, I believe it's important to share this experience as a precaution for other potential guests. Upon further research, I discovered stories about hauntings in the Iskandar Puteri area, previously known as Nusajaya, which provides context to our unsettling experience.

Nests Home is really beautiful and clean. I love the place because it's just like home to me. There's a living area, dining table, kitchen, a loft open concept bedroom and another bedroom is below and the toilet space is big too. I stayed for 5 nights and I was so happy and lucky that they have a 2in1 washing machine with a dryer! The facilities there is awesome. Olympic swimming pool. Clean and clear. Basketball court Huge gym and new equipment Game room and Private Karaoke room. The whole place there was new and clean. The location wise, I can only say if you don't drive then it will not be very convenient. If you love quiet and peaceful day then this will be the best choice. The area there is not fully developed finish so the cars there is very limited. Grabbing is really not convenient and hard to get a driver. There's a two storey shopping mall walking distance away. The pricing is still more than average but affordable. Will definitely pick Nesthome's listing again!
