After no response on a same day booking, I asked to cancel the request. I was fine with no on same day booking, but what was disheartening was as soon as I asked to cancel in the chat (that showed read) she then booked the request even though she read I asked to cancel. To which I re emailed and sent a text to no response. The location is not a private place, and there are many better places to book. but really was the lack of a morale standing when clearly seeing the messages and not responding. Luckily my credit card refunded the charge and we had a great time at Haller a local hotel.

Wonderful apartment with beautiful furniture and finishing. Everything is super new and of high quality design and materials. Even the lighting in the apartment is very well thought through and of very high quality. We felt right at home, as it has all the amenities that you need and more. The location of the apartment is a bit outside of the center of Bressanone/Brixen, but you can walk there in 20-30 mins and there are restaurants, supermarkets and other places around the location as well. Since it’s on a hill, it has a very nice view on the mountains. The only downside I could think of is that we found it a little strange design choice that the bathroom is behind a tinted sliding glass door, so it might not offer you the privacy you wish for. Overall in the big picture, it’s a super tiny detail and we had really an amazing time in this apartment and would definitely return and recommend it for others! It’s beautiful and very close to many highlights of the Dolomites!
