A spacious 5 bedroom house, suitable for families, contractors and large groups. On entry is a cosy living room with arch way leading to a dining area. Just off from the living room is a ground floor bedroom making the property suitable for guests with mobility issues. To the right of the dining room is a second seating area with ground floor bathroom. Off the left of the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor is 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with single. There is also a good sized family bathroom. Each room is provided with fresh linen and soft fluffy towels. The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep! The kitchen is fit for an aspiring chef (just like you!) - it is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans so that you can cook your favourite meals. Microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine are also available for you and your guests. There is also a lovely garden which is ideal for relaxing outside and enjoying a glass of wine while the sun is going down.
