Dommage mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de faire connaissance avec Gregg. Les informations relatives au logement étaient claires. Il a répondu à mes attentes.

The hotel complex is beautiful and friendly staff. There's gym, pool and free breakfast. Easy to walk to the beach and stores. The room is beautiful and I really like it, but there are some hickups with it. The room that I got is 5-10 metres from the road that the locals use all night and the room is right next to the road where all the hotel/appartment customers drive in. There's no soundproofing on the building, so you can hear people driving past like they would drive next to you. So bring earplug. Also no light blocking curtains so all the light gets in. The bathroom window can't be locked (broken lock) and it's an safety issue in my eyes. Also the listing says breakfast until 1PM and I missed the first morning breakfast because of it (it's really until 11AM). Also check in office is open until 5PM, not 24/7. I came 7PM and didn't inform about it, because the listing said 24/7 and had to look 30 minutes to figure out how to get to my room (security guards had the key). Still 9/10

We recommend accommodation. Great location, 10 minutes to the beach. There is a restaurant on site with a good breakfast, a comfortable and clean swimming pool. Nearby are delicious cafes and 7/11. The staff quickly resolved all issues, thanks to them. The only thing is that they don’t live in condos, but in boutiques along the road on the territory, but they were also comfortable

Im Regent Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hatte alles was man braucht. gregg war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Transport vom Flughafen für 800 Baht war sehr fair. Gregg hat uns nach unserem Aufenthalt sogar in den Khao Sok Nationalpark gebracht (2,5h Fahrt). Vielen Dank nochmal für deine Hilfe Gregg!
