Spacious Apartment just a few minutes walking distance from Heraklion city center. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need so you can have an enjoyable time in Heraklion. With 3 separate bedrooms, it is ideal for family or friends. Functional and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, you will certainly feel like home. This apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and one with a single bed, plenty of storage room and a desk.A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher will make your stay easy as you will not miss a thing if you're keen on cooking your own meals. The living area is spacious , with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a sitting area and 2 bathrooms . In the balcony you will find a table and a barbeque. Free wifi, washing machine, towels and bed linen are offered.

We loved our stay at Maria's apartment. it was very spacious, clean, and welcoming. The neighborhood is near to the city center but very quiet and peaceful. Maria herself was an excellent host - very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend!

We spent three wonderful weeks in the apartment of Smart Plan. The flat has everything you need for a longer stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is very big and nice to hang out. The flat is located approximately 30 minutes by feet to reach the old town. Most of the time we took the bus to get there. The bus stop is nearby. The communication worked very well and Smart Plan was very dedicated to make our stay pleasant. One time we asked for more blankets and dish towels and we got them delivered very fast. All in all it was a very nice stay and we enjoyed Crete to the fullest. Thank you a lot!

Located at a very vivid neighborhood of Heraklion, within a 10 minute walking distance from the city center, the house has really close everything you need for a comfortable stay. A big supermarket "Sklavenitis" is opposite Sinani square, a taxi station just in front of the square, coffee houses and bakeries on the main street "Ionias" which leads to the city center. On the main street you can find a restaurant with pizza and pasta called " La Notte" and taverns with greek souvlaki. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the house and if you have a car you really have an easy acces to the exits that lead to the highway to Agios Nikolaos and Rethymnon.

There is a bus stop at Sinani square as well as a taxi station. The transportation to the city center is very regular. However, the center is really close if you want to go on foot since it is a 10 minute walking distance. If you have a car the house is very close to the exits that lead to the highway going to Agios Nikolaos on the east side and Rethymno - Chania on the west side of Crete.
