The House: There is open access to all areas and the front door is accessed via an electronic key code provided before check in.
Pool/Activities area:
Waterville Estates has the Community Center that has 4 pools, sauna, jacuzzi, pond for fishing and swimming with dock, game room, workout gym, etc. during your stay.
We include 4 guest passes during your stay allowing for unlimited access to the Center for 4 persons. For larger group access, you can share if you go at separate times they are not assigned or you may purchase additional daily passes that are $10 for children 8-17 and $20/person/day weekends and holidays, they are half price on weekdays. Children 7 and under are free.
Ski Lodge: Open to all guests during the winter weekends and holidays. Weekday hours are at discretion of the Waterville Estates and you may call them directly to inquire about schedule and hours of operation. Day/Night skiing is available with lift tickets. Groomed with Natural snow only thus very weather dependent.
WINTER- the roads to the house have steep portions which can be tough during inclement weather. The roads are well maintained with regular plowing and sand. We recommend all-wheel drive vehicle or snow tires to access during winter months and some inclement weather.
PARKING: There is no overnight parking on the road and/or at the ski lodge or community center . There is enough parking for 2 or 3 cars in the driveway at the property. There is additional parking for overflow near the Community Center marked.
FIREPLACE - You are welcome to use our fireplace, please bring your own firewood.
GRILLS - Please bring your own charcoal. Please clean all grills are every use, bears are active in this area and can smell food from miles away.
SUMMER: Home has mini duct in open concept main level and fans in sleeping areas.

The Waterville Community Center and Campton Ski area is only 1/2 mile from the property. The Community Center is open all year long and has a bar onsite. Restaurant's are seasonal please check website. There is room at the property for about 3 vehicles. There is an additional overflow parking area designated down near the Community Center.
