This is my second visit to this Airbnb, and I'm really pleased with it. The place is great, and the host is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

all like pictured/described in the app. for what I have to cut some was the quality of the windows (very loud from the street and can‘t fully (airtight) close it), the loud neighbours and the unpractical shower. it’s really just a practical place in my opinion. but Deian is super responsive and helpful. location is top, walkable beach and shops/restaurants.

Супер апартамент , всички удобства и красива обстановка . Не е далеч от плажа и има голяма пешеходна ивица със ресторанти и паркчета , както и магазини . Останах приятно изненадан , препоръчвам.

Our stay at Deian's apartment was very enjoyable and pleasant. We had no trouble find it. The apartment had everything that we needed to feel like home. It was clean and looked like in the pictures. It had insect nets on the doors so we had no trouble with insects in the apartment at all and it had small gas cooker for cooking. The balcony was very big and very pleasent to spend time on it - facing north, north-west it always had shadow and a pleasent small breaze to not feel the heat of the summer and surprisingly there were very few mosquitos when we were sitting out on it, maybe 2-3 bites trough all seven nights. The apartment is very close to the beach and also in walking distance (~10 minutes) to the main promanade of Asprovalta which was very enjoyable to walk in the nights. The list of places to visit that our wonderfull and hospitable host provided was very good and we enjoyed the food and refreshments that they offered. I highly recommend Deian`s Airbnb to anybody.

Our stay in Deian's Airbnb was a pleasant experience. Everything went as described, while he kept asking if things were going well. We really felt like home.
