Great place to stay and relax! Second time at the same apartment, is just steps away from the beach, and right in front of the pool.
Playa Caracol is a great place to spend in family and the residences are very comfortable. Luisa’s place is in a great spot near the restaurant and the surf shack on the end of the complex. The bunk bed was a hit for our young son.

I grew up in the beautiful coffee town of Pereira, Colombia. I came to the Coronado area in 2014 on vacation and fell in love with the beaches and the atmosphere that resonates within them. I believe being a mere nine degrees from the equator allow me to feel closer to the rhythm of the Earth. I decided to try my luck and moved permanently to Coronado. I took every job opportunity I could find and quickly learned English with the goal of starting a career in Real Estate. I began as Director of Customer Service for a local Property Management & Rental Company. After 4 years doing this job I realized that I really enjoy helping others find a home away from home, whether it's long or short stays. In September 2022 I decided to start and create my own property management company. and in this way help as many people as possible to feel at home even if they are not there. My goal is to Provide quality service to build relationships with my clients and, more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively. My sweet, personable spirit, superior listening skills, and dedication to successfully promoting my listings win over each and every one of my clients. My motto is "always go the extra mile".
