Brian and Jess were great hosts~ good communicators and highly responsive. The Normandy property was well situated in Tavernier. The house is located in a nice, quiet residential community (dead-end street). The house physically sits on a canal, and is near many amenities plus it's walkable to an exceptional park (Harry Harris Park/Beach). We thoroughly enjoyed sitting under the covered porch having coffee each morning. We even saw a manatee in the canal!

Beautiful quite neighborhood surrounded by water. All the neighbors are very friendly, many kids live on the block.
This area is about 1 mile away from shopping centers and restaurants. Right outside the boating channel there's a beautiful sandbar where you can anchor and enjoy the water.
About a 20 min drive by boat to the tiki bar and 10 minutes away from Rodriquez key and many popular snorkeling spots.
