Welcome to your newly renovated home near downtown Austin! This 3 bed/2 bath entire home has private laundry, lounge areas, a fenced yard and a kitchen with all appliances needed. You and your family can happily rest here close to the city center. We have driveway and street parking for all guests. Riverside district with food and shopping is a walk away. As is the Ladybird Lake trail. A 10-15 minute drive can take you to the state Capitol or UT, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park! Enjoy this entire 3 bed / 2 bath house which comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests Among the many amenities this property boasts, you and your guests will have dedicated workspace, TV with streaming media, and walk-in closet. You will also have access to all spaces including, the kitchen, living room, dining area, and any outdoor spaces.

This was a great place to stay! The location is perfect. It is right out side down town and close to the airport. Nothing bad to say at all. I recommend this place and would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Amazing stay! Beautiful home in a quiet location.
The place is in a good location, good neighborhood. If you are planning on using public transport there are bus stops a few minutes away, but the stop has been taken over by homeless folks. The price was good, place is spacious and easy to get in and out. Just needs a little work/maintenance which I sent a note directly to Christian on. For example, all Doors to the rooms have electronic locks, but the doors fail to completely close. We were a group of family and friends, no impact to us. Good Value! No cleaning Fee! Friendly host!
Not a bad spot to stay for a good price.
Great location, and a good value for the price! There were a few maintenance issues that I will send to the host. This is still an extremely cheap stay, so it was nice to save some money staying here, and it was really close to a lot of great stuff! I would stay here again if the issues were fixed.
