Centrally located, with easy access to UQ campus via Eleanor Schonell Bridge, as well as multiple bus routes to city, 5 minute walk to PA hospital and TRI centre. Currently the local train station, Dutton Park, is closed for an upgrade, but there are plenty of bus connections to get you where you want to go The house is a Queenslander in a leafy suburb fairly close to the city. You have your own large bedroom with built-in wardrobe and the exclusive use of the bathroom that is right next door to your room. The owner lives in the house and has her own en-suite. The kitchen is available for basic meal preparation such as breakfast, salads, pasta, but not for elaborate meals needing a lot of ingredients, preparation and cooking. We are on solar hot water, so please be mindful of a reasonable shower duration. I try to live sustainably and separate garbage. I'll show you how. It's easy. You can have some space in the fridge and I'll give you some pantry space, but please keep it simple.

Friendly host, easy check in & out. Had some nice chats & Jacqui gave me some good food recommendations! Amenities as described, no aircon but fan was more than enough! No laundry facilities but 2 laundromats very close by! Local train station is closed for renovations, however buses are very close by & as i was driving being close to the motorways was a huge convenience! All in all a lovely stay, perfect location for my needs & a lovely host!

Lovely breezy spacious room and bathroom in great area. Only hitch was parking restrictions which weren’t outlined in check in info but resolved with a temporary resident permit. Good value accomodation.
