Host was so great and responsive!! House was a little lacking in things like toilet paper, extra blankets, and towels, but overall a great stay for the money spent!

This home is beautiful. It is very spacious with a nice size yard. While the grass isn’t as green as the pictures, I’m sure lack of rain plays a part, the yards was still able to be used. The home was clean and there were fresh linens and towels. The host dropped off a new microwave, trash can, trash bags as well as a new broom. We used the old microwave as it still worked fine just needed to shut the door firmly. We also didn’t use the new garbage can. We didn’t mind lifting the lid on the old one. The beds are very comfortable. Sleeping was never an issue. The host communicated in a timely fashion and was very accommodating. My granddaughter was sad we were leaving the “rich” house. lol. Thank you for having us. We hope to visit your home again.

unfortunately I would not recommend. dirty stained carpets in every room. microwave didn't work. would not heat food and inter fan would not shut off. kitchen sink was loose, knives in drawer were dirty with dried food. no bath towels, toilet paper, paper towels, some of the furniture was beat up, raggedy and dirty. I closed the bathroom door in the master bedroom and the towel rack fell off the wall, the exhaust fan rattled and made loud noise when in use and lights flickered like there was an electrical problem. All the beds were extremely uncomfortable. found trash from previous guests under beds. found what appeared to be rodent droppings in a few of the cabinets. the yard was not maintained and dirty, no hand soap. I took pics at check in, one because it the smart thing to do and 2 because I was soooo in disbelief of what we were experiencing, that I didn't think anyone would believe me if I just told them. hopefully she will get her act together. stay at your own risk.
