We did not have a good stay at Jamaal’s place. We booked the apartment to be close to Barnet hospital as our relative is currently end of life. However as soon as we checked in we noticed that the oven door was missing which meant that we couldn’t cook. We found the missing oven door in one of the wardrobes. If this was known prior to the booking we would have booked elsewhere. We checked in late at night and needed to be at the hospital overnight so it was not practical to move elsewhere. There were also many more issues. The fridge was dirty. The shower door wouldn’t shut properly & one of the towels in the bathroom was also soaking wet. This was unacceptable. The property is desperately in need of maintenance - the bed is partially broken, the carpet is stained, the oven hob is cracked & the dressing table is smashed. We got a 33% refund because of the issues however this was after a massive argument with the host. Unacceptable experience especially given circumstances.

Very good apartment. Jamal was very helpful with check in and everything else needed. Very clean. Very modern. Had an amazing time. Would highly recommend!
