The home was beautiful. It was right on the ocean. Definitely will stay here again. Great location. Couldn’t ask for a better house.

Lovely ocean view. Plenty of space, and nice family room for a large family. Home is in need of maintenance. The master bedroom door leading to the balcony did not lock properly. With 5 young children with us, this was a safety concern. The property management indicated they had heard this was an issue from other and told me to go buy WD40 and they'd reimburse as they had no maintenance staff on during the weekend. We ended up tying the handles off to safeguard from the door being opened, as I did not feel it was our responsibility to carry out repairs that should have been done prior to our arrival. Pot filler leaks and was not usable. Beds/mattresses very uncomfortable. 4th bedroom is too cramped. More of a den/not really a bedroom. Ensuite shower water pressure inadequate. When one pays $9000+ for a 1-week stay, you don't expect to have to do your own maintenance and at the very least, expect comfortable sleeping quarters.

There is so much that I could say about this place. Everything from the comfort of the bed to lounging on the deck was just perfect. My family and I had enough space to enjoy each other and our privacy. It was truly a home away from home. Basically everything we needed was supplied. We were so blessed to be able to stay at this home. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Upon arrival and we opened up the gate we knew we were in for a treat and we were not at all disappointed. It took a while for me to get use to the little lizards but no other issues with pest. The water was nice and warm. There was a storm one night that was just as breathtaking. Looking forward to returning to Florida and will definitely reach out to Luxury Oceans again. Thank you for helping to fulfill my dad's final wishes and bringing my children and I together ❤️
