This was our second stay at Chris's home as we had a great stay last year and looked forward to revisiting. We were once again very happy with our choice as Chris is a very responsive host and a great communicator. He ensured we had everything we needed and provided recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The home is in a great location in Surf City and we enjoyed both the deck and rooftop area. We're looking forward to future visits to Chris's home.

The house was a bright beautiful home in the fresh air and sun. We had room for all to be comfortable, location was easy to get to, and was perfect for our needs. Chris was flexible with few requests we had, and answered immediately when we messaged him for info. Our friends loved the ping pong room, we all would use the outside shower if we were renting in summer. There were many TV's and games available. Super clean house. We would love to visit the house again in the future.

My 4 friends and I stayed at Chris’s house for a wedding in LBI and it was perfect for us, maybe even a little big. The house was very clean, check in was easy, and there is a great space in the garage to hang out, watch tv, and play ping pong. Would definitely stay here again if I return to LBI!

The wife and I had a great September getaway. Chris was super helpful and responsive. House was perfect and clean. His newly renovated garage was super cool and unique. 10/10 highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location and close to lots of restaurants. Very clean and neat. Chris was a great host. Made us feel at home.
