This place was a hidden gem in Pisa. In a perfect location with lots of restaurants around. The apartment was so clean and nice and looking out it felt like an Italian dream but on the inside a modern dream. Big bathroom, comfortable beds and great A/C. Nicole always responded within minutes and helped us with recommendations. Everything was perfect.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The location is excellent and is a short walk from the station, restaurants, bars and the tower. Nicola was very helpful and polite. The apartment is bigger than it looks; it's very clean, and the bed is comfortable. Small issues. There was a coffee machine, but no pods. Also no visitor book with pharmacy locations, etc. Something to be mindful of if you travel with someone with health issues. The apartment is quiet for 90% of the time. The issue was the main stairwell, which is on the other side of the wall to the bed. Sadly, we were woken up every night as people came back. Due to the architecture of the building, there is no soundproofing between the apartments. So you hear everything from upstairs, which makes for a nice alarm call. That's certainly not a complaint about the apartment, but something to be mindful of. Other than small issues, we had a fantastic stay, and I would stay at Nicola's apartment again.
