This apartment is located in Alkapuri area, very close to Welcome and Express hotels and all the major shopping malls and restaurants. The community is a secured, gated and absolutely quiet with clean, RCC roads, ample parking and auto rickshaws are also easily available. It is also very close to shopping and railway station. Go for quiet walks in the community, meet other residents in the evenings or just walk down to the main Alkapuri/RC Dutt road and enjoy the shopping and street food stalls. The apartment is located on the ground floor, well furnished, all rooms are air conditioned and with attached bath. Kitchen is eqquiped with basics, a gas line and refrigerator. Master bedroom is with a double king bed while other two bedrooms are with twin beds. The living room opens to a large verandah to enjoy outdoor seating.

This is very nice and comfortable place for larger group and NRIs. Goods: * Nice and Clean House with very responsive owner. * Spacious rooms with AC in each room * Househelp did good cleaning job * Short distance to most market and food places Suggestions * Some furniture can be replaced * Washer and Dryer in-Unit would be a hige plus Good and comfortable place and I would highly recommend with 5 star ratings.
We enjoyed staying at Akshat's apartment. It was exactly as described in the Advertisement. Akshat and his team are very responsive and we had no issues during our stay. The apartment is kept clean and has air conditioning and fans. The location is very quiet and safe. We found the location very convenient for walking to Alkapuri shops and restuarants (10 to 15 minutes) and also has at the entrance of the Society several eateries. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to come here again.

It is s secured and gated society, with very good neighbours. It is on Jetalpur road, just behind Express hotel and Welcome Hotel. Main Alkapuri road is walking distance, around 10 minutes.
Ample street parking is available with one car space for the apartment guests and spaces are also available for visitors during day time. Auto rickshaw stand is available with in the society for immediate availability.
