Nebiat is without a doubt a wonderful host, very quick to respond if you need anything and very kind and professional! The home itself is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. I would certainly book again in the future.

Nebiat's home is perfect for those eager to explore Portland, Happy Valley, and the surrounding areas. The host is exceptionally responsive, and the residence is impeccably clean, equipped with numerous amenities exactly as shown. The neighborhood is fantastic, and the location is only a 25-minute drive from downtown Portland. I highly recommend it!

Nebiat and her home was wonderful - everything I could have asked for. She and her family are so kind and welcoming, and anybody will be lucky to stay with her. The house is gorgeous and spotless, the rooms are perfect, and the photos and descriptions of the listing are 100% accurate. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again for a lovely stay Nebiat!

Great host, even though I had to had to change locations last minute cutting my stay shorter. She was very understanding and accommodating. Just one side note, if you are the type who likes more privacy. This is a house that hosts multiple people at a time. Other than that great house to stay at.
